1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, LEGAL DEPARTMENT
(1 Position - Kuala Lumpur)
Main Responsibilities
- To vet, review, draft and prepare all aspect of legal documentations, in relation to the Company's duties and responsibilities as trustee for collective investment schemes and private debt securities in compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements as well as to ensure interest of the Company is protected.
- To provide legal advice to the Company on all matters relating to the trusteeship taken up by the company including proper and adequate reporting on the legal risks faced and proper action required in mitigating the company's exposure to liabilities.
- To participate in due diligence meeting, AGM, EGM, site visits and attending to/ liaising with related external parties, regulators on legal matters.
- To collect information, researching and summarising legal information for preparation of legal documents or advice in line with the assigned tasks and duties.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience with Trustee Company and/or relevant experience in Capital Market industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Analytical, meticulous, communications and negotiation skills.

Main Responsibilities
- To vet trust deed and prospectuses, information memorandum and other related legal documents for collective investment scheme and debenture in accordance to the applicable acts, regulations and guidelines.
- To prepare and draft relevant legal documentations, correspondences and liaising with the relevant external parties including the regulating bodies (e.g. the SC, Bursa Malaysia), federal and state authorities, fund managers, debenture issuers and bankers.
- To ensure proper maintenance, filling, recording and safekeeping of deeds, agreements, legal documents and other documents/materials relating to the Department.
- To collect information, researching and summarising legal information for preparation of legal documents or advice in line with the assigned tasks and duties.
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 years working experience with Trustee Company and/or relevant experience in Capital Market industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Analytical, meticulous, communications and negotiation skills.
